We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Database & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying companies hiring across social media platforms, building and maintaining a robust database, managing our social media accounts, and supporting the team in ensuring job specifications are correctly captured, assigned, and followed up.

- Monitor social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant pages for job postings.
- Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, ensuring engagement with potential client companies.
- Identify companies currently hiring and assess potential interest in utilising our recruitment services.
- Reach out to companies via email and social media messages to introduce our services and follow up as appropriate.
- Maintain and update the internal database of leads, ensuring all new job specifications are accurately recorded.
- Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure job specs are assigned to the relevant consultants.
- Track the status of leads and job specifications, providing regular updates to the team.
- Support the team in generating new leads and ensuring the database remains up-to-date and organised.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks to streamline lead generation, social media outreach, and database management processes.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for email and social media outreach.
- Proficiency with social media platforms for professional research and engagement purposes.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and database management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Previous experience in social media management, lead generation, recruitment support, or sales support is advantageous.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to quickly assess potential opportunities and prioritise tasks.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools, platforms, and outreach strategies.
