An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Back-End Developer to join a dynamic Development and Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative team environment, aligned with strategic business goals and modern development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership in the delivery of software products and solutions.
• Manage and guide team members to ensure effective performance and development.
• Contribute to the annual salary review process for direct reports when required.
• Deliver strategic projects on time, within budget, and to the defined quality and functionality standards.
• Collaborate with leads, managers, and architects in defining architecture and technical implementation.
• Promote and enforce best practices in software design, testing, and development.
• Complete tasks within defined timelines while maintaining system stability.
• Enhance and maintain existing systems with minimal disruption.
• Share technical knowledge across development and support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to build team capability.
• Ensure compliance with established development standards and processes.
• Effectively utilize modern development tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant back-end development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Solid experience in SQL Server 2016/2019
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Exposure to source control systems such as Git or TFS.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles, TDD, and clean coding practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on code quality.
