Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Load Out Supervisor to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate shift resources to optimize the use of loading equipment
• Oversee daily load-out operations to meet performance targets
• Supervise operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage contractors to ensure service quality and compliance
• Monitor budgets and control costs within area of responsibility
• Provide supervision and support to team members
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• First Line Supervisor Certificate
• Programme in First Line Management
• 5 years’ experience as a Senior Process Controller Load Out
• Rail involvement experience
• 3 years’ experience at a Supervisory level in a mining environment
• Valid driver’s license
