Hire Resolve's client, a well-established and reputable bottling company based in Cape Town, known for its high-quality products and strong presence in the industry are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the bottling industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the beverage industry, including potential clients such as retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying their needs to offer tailored solutions and drive repeat business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product range, including various bottled beverages, to effectively present and promote products to clients.

  • Achieve sales targets and performance goals set by the company, consistently driving growth in revenue and market share.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback for product development and marketing strategies.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, finalize sales contracts, and ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to order fulfillment.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s products.

  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, tracking progress and highlighting key challenges or opportunities.

  • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient delivery of products.

  • Provide ongoing support and communication with clients after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any post-sale issues or concerns.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Code B driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical thinking approach.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the beverage industry.
