Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a skilled Plant Production Manager to join their mining team. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemical Engineering or Processing/Mining or equivalent qualification
• 5-10 years’ sound knowledge of relevant mining and production techniques applicable to kiln operations
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in process governance and standards
• Experience in project management
• Capacity to lead and direct the technical and operational aspects of the business, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, motivating and implementing appropriate changes
• Experience in service level agreements and contract management
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial and cost management
• Strong analytical ability
