Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for an Electrical Foreman: Surface role open at a Mine in Gauteng!

Responsibilities:

• Promotes a Zero Harm culture through active participation in safety initiatives and implementation of corrective actions.
• Collaborates with maintenance teams to deliver efficient planned and preventative maintenance programmes.
• Ensures equipment maintenance meets site and OEM standards while managing failures, inspections, and repair quality.
• Drives continuous improvement and manages the section budget to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Supervisory Certificate (Foreman Certificate)
• Electrician Trade Certificate and Medium Voltage Certificate
• 5 years Supervisory experience in a Metallurgical Plant
