Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment on a 5-month temporary contract. You will be supporting the Supply Chain team with administration, reporting, data capturing, and supplier documentation.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and report truck turnaround times
  • Assist with processing Goods Received Vouchers
  • Capture data in the agricultural data system (DSI)
  • Update agricultural file audit requirements
  • Maintain filing system for primary and secondary suppliers
  • Maintain supplier specifications documents
  • Assist with truck bookings
  • Perform daily/weekly reporting
  • Issue Purchase Orders
  • Support Import & Export duties

Requirements

  • Grade 12 minimum
  • Computer literate (MS Word & Excel mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and diligent
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience in FMCG or supply chain admin is an advantage
