Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Hospitality Administrator to join their team in the hospitality industry. As a Hospitality Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our clients in the hospitality sector. You will assist in handling guest inquiries, coordinating reservations, managing documentation, and providing general administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate and manage reservations and bookings
- Handle and process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain and update guest records and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the hospitality team
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Accounting background and experience is required
- Own transport is essential
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
