A leading food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator with strong administrative and reporting experience in supply chain processes to join their team in Alrode. The successful candidate will support the Supply Chain Manager by handling administrative tasks, supplier communication, reporting functions, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities:
Capture and report truck turnaround times
Compile and communicate pro forma invoices
Process goods received vouchers on the company accounting program
Capture information in the agricultural data system
Update agricultural audit requirements
Communicate outstanding information from suppliers
Monitor and communicate supplier conformances
Fulfil marketing duties and communicate with relevant parties
Maintain filing systems for primary and secondary suppliers
Maintain supplier specifications documents
Assist with truck bookings
Perform reporting functions
Requirements:
Grade 12 minimum qualification
Experience with Business Central system
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and diligent
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a food manufacturing environment
