Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor tissue machines, ensuring efficient and consistent output.

• Maintain product quality through regular checks and equipment adjustments.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.

• Document production data and maintain clear, accurate shift reports.

• Uphold safety, hygiene, and environmental standards across all processes.

• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating paper or tissue machines in a manufacturing setting.

• Solid mechanical and technical knowledge of production equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a high-speed industrial environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
