Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a mine in Limpopo!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act, Minerals Act, and relevant regulations.
• Manage daily mine operations, including resource allocation and execution of the mining plan.
• Monitor production performance and initiate corrective actions to meet targets.
• Oversee workforce competency, training, and development to ensure safe, skilled operations.
• Compile operational reports and manage budgets with effective cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Mine Managers certificate of competence
• Mining Engineering Degree/B-Tech
• At least 10 years’ experience in conventional underground mining
• 3-5 years in a managerial role in the mining industry
• 8 years hard rock underground experience
• Valid Driver’s License
