Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an experienced Underground Rigger to join their mining company based in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient rigging and lifting of equipment and materials within the mining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and prepare rigging equipment for lifting operations.
• Coordinate with operators and ground crew to ensure lifts are executed safely.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow safety protocols during rigging operations.
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on rigging equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all rigging activities and equipment usage.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior riggers.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Rigger Trade Test Certificate (Section 13/26D)
  
• N2 Certificate in Engineering Studies
• 5 years' experience as an Underground Rigger
• Extensive experience on Winder Steel Ropes
• Valid Driver's License
