Responsibilities:
Manage daily SMT operations to ensure uninterrupted production schedules.
Assign and supervise SMT Operators, Quality Controllers, Material Handlers, and AOI Technicians.
Approve first-off builds and ensure compliance with IPC quality standards.
Monitor and improve SMT machine setup, programming, and solder paste handling.
Conduct team performance reviews and manage training programs.
Host daily production meetings and prepare efficiency reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and support audits.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in SMT or electronics manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of SMT processes and IPC standards.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
