Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Mine Manager to join their mining company based in Limpopo. You will be responsible for leading operations to achieve safe, efficient and sustainable production while driving strategy, people development, innovation and asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production and financial targets are achieved safely, efficiently and sustainably.
• Lead and develop teams to maintain a productive and high-performing workforce.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans in support of business objectives.
• Promote innovation, technology adoption and best practices within operations.
• Oversee environmental, social and asset management processes to ensure compliance and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
• Underground Blasting Certificate
• 5 years' experience as Mine Overseer
• 3-5 years' experience as Acting Mine Manager.
• Valid Driver's License
