Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Head of Processing Operations to be based in the North West!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement strategic and operational plans for the Process Department
• Ensure production efficiency, quality compliance, and safety across all operations
• Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and financial performance
• Drive innovation through technology integration and continuous improvement
• Oversee people management, including performance, development, and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
• 8 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years at a Senior Management Level
• Experience on MS Dynamics F&O, Reporting tools: MS Power BI

Benefits:

• Salary: R2,5m – R2,8m CTC
