We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our national sales strategy. You will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performance B2B sales team across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the national B2B sales strategy
  • Deliver revenue, margin, and customer growth targets
  • Manage and mentor regional B2B sales teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts
  • Oversee pricing, contracts, and discount structures
  • Ensure operational excellence and accurate reporting
  • Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years senior sales experience, including 5+ years in B2B or wholesale/foodservice sales
  • Proven experience managing national/regional sales teams and key accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in FMCG / wholesale / food distribution
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
