Hire Resolve's client, a leading engineering and construction services provider operating within Saudi Arabia's major oil and gas developments, is currently seeking a highly experienced Scheduler to join their team in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a key part in planning, monitoring, and coordinating large-scale EPC projects with a particular focus on the construction phase.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.

• Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction schedules to create a unified EPC project plan.

• Monitor project progress, analyze deviations, and update schedules accordingly.

• Prepare progress reports and present scheduling data to project management and stakeholders.

• Work closely with various discipline leads to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.

• Identify potential delays and risks, and provide mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

• Support the project team in resource planning and cost estimation activities.

• Ensure all scheduling activities comply with project management best practices and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the oil and gas industry.

• Extensive knowledge of all EPC phases, with a strong emphasis on construction management.

• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Excel is essential.

• PMP certification and Primavera certification are highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Previous experience working on large-scale, high-value energy sector projects is advantageous.
