We are assisting in an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company specializing in high-end decorative products. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in production management, process improvement, and team development to drive operational excellence across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met

• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets

• Coordinate maintenance and technical support to minimize downtime

• Monitor KPIs and report on productivity, quality, and cost targets

• Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term planning and capital projects

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a plant or operations management role within a manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach

• Solid understanding of lean principles, safety regulations, and quality systems

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Relevant technical qualification (degree/diploma) preferred
