Job Title: Site Agent

Salary: Market related (R45,000 – R65,000+, depending on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in bridge structures
Qualification: National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee and manage construction operations with a specific focus on bridge structure projects. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, capable of managing site teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities for bridge construction
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures
• Maintain site documentation and reporting
• Resolve site-based challenges and ensure efficient resource allocation

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in bridge structure construction
• Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site regulations
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in site reporting and project tracking
