The successful candidate will lead and supervise engineering and maintenance teams, oversee the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards is essential.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification (Millwright certificate or Mechanical Engineering Diploma)
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and team supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Own transport preferred
