Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Mine Overseer at a mine in Limpopo!

Responsibilities:

• Legally accountable under MHSA (Section 26 of 1996) with 2.14.1 and 2.13.12 appointments, overseeing safe and compliant operations.
• Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure the timely sourcing and supply of materials to support operational needs.
• Align stope and development performance with broader operational plans to support efficient management of the mining section.
• Drive planning, problem-solving, and improvement initiatives to enhance mining efficiency and business performance.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Mine Overseer’s Certificate of Competency
• Blasting Certificate
• 5 years mining experience at metalliferous mines with 2 years at Shift Supervisor level
• Valid Driver’s License
