Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering effective training programs for Load and Haul operators
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify training needs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- ODETDP Level 4
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- 3 years' experience in Load and Haul operations in Surface Mining
- 3 years' experience in operational training and facilitation.
