Hire Resolve's client is seeking a friendly, well-presented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the company. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in a professional office environment..

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.

    Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk.

    Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and message taking.

    Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Female, aged 20–25.

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Completed Matric (Grade 12).

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.

  • Must present a professional and polished image

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and adaptability

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
