Description:
Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Mine Planning Superintendent to join their mining company based in the Free State. You will be responsible for managing mine planning and risk to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant mining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mine planning processes, designs and schedules to support safe and efficient production.
• Analyse planning data, identify risks and implement corrective actions to minimise operational impacts.
• Oversee resource allocation, projects, and stakeholder engagement within mine planning.
• Ensure compliance with SHE, ESG, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop mine planning teams, fostering a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• National Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/Survey or equivalent
• Experience with Mine Planning Software's
• 5 years' relevant experience within an underground mining operation
• Valid Driver's License
