Key Responsibilities:

• Drive material development projects across multiple industries including automotive, construction, and consumer goods

• Support customer-specific technical requests and identify tailored material solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, R&D, and product management

• Analyze and optimize material performance based on application requirements

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree in Materials Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience in materials development or technical service within a manufacturing or chemical environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Familiarity with polymer science and application-specific material testing is highly advantageous
