A consumer service management and rating platform offering wireless IoT solutions for customer feedback, surveys, and queue management systems is looking for a Network & IT Support Field Technician to join their team as they grow and expand their footprint. Their real-time data helps businesses monitor customer satisfaction, staff performance, and in-store operations through powerful cloud-based analytics.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Valid driverโs license and own reliable transport
- 5+ years field experience
- Matric and relevant short courses
- Strong IT & IoT technical support skills
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
- Proficient in Google Workspace and reporting software
- Comfortable working in-office
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed
- Occasional travel (2โ3 days every 1โ2 months)
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Install, configure, and maintain IoT devices and network systems on client sites
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance
- Support computer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Use call-out/site visit software for reporting and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deployments and service delivery
- Provide in-office support when not on site
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
