Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs, manage risks, and enhance supplier performance.
• Lead contract development and compliance, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards.
• Build strong supplier relationships and maintain in-depth market knowledge to support sourcing decisions
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance, delivering insights and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management; or Logistics Management or Business Administration
• 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
• Valid Driver’s License
