Job Overview:
Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building science and a passion for delivering quality construction projects. Qualifications:

• Minimum National Diploma in Building Science (B-Tech QS and above preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience with a reputable construction or PRQS company is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimations.
• Monitor and control project costs from inception to completion.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on financial aspects of the project.
• Manage procurement processes and tender evaluations.
• Assist with contract management and cost planning.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.

• BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) status is not a requirement for this role; all candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Afrikaans is preferred but not essential.
