Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our national sales strategy. You will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performance B2B sales team across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the national B2B sales strategy
- Deliver revenue, margin, and customer growth targets
- Manage and mentor regional B2B sales teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts
- Oversee pricing, contracts, and discount structures
- Ensure operational excellence and accurate reporting
- Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards
Requirements:
- 7–10 years senior sales experience, including 5+ years in B2B or wholesale/foodservice sales
- Proven experience managing national/regional sales teams and key accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in FMCG / wholesale / food distribution
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
