Are you a dynamic leader with experience managing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment? Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and embedding of the Bowler People’s Manual across all sites
Oversee HR operations including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning
Manage performance frameworks and coach leaders on effective team development
Drive talent acquisition, L&D, succession planning and retention strategies
Champion Employment Equity, BBBEE, and employee wellness initiatives
Provide strategic IR support and oversee dispute resolution and disciplinary matters
Guide digital transformation initiatives, including the rollout of PaySpace
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operations or plant management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to implement and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance.
Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
A relevant qualification in Operations Management, Engineering, or similar.
Salary: Market-related and negotiable based on experience.
