They are currently seeking a QA/QC Specialist to join their dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of quality across their production and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications

• Conduct inline and final inspections of garments and merchandise across multiple production stages

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to QA/QC inspections and audits

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials meet quality benchmarks

• Train production staff on quality assurance techniques and best practices

• Stay current on industry trends, compliance regulations, and sustainability standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in QA/QC within the apparel, fashion, or textile industry

• Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and finishing techniques

• Knowledge of international quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Design, Quality Management, or related field (preferred)
