A leading player in the food manufacturing industry is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to join their executive team. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving the strategic direction, efficiency, and operational excellence of the engineering division within a complex and fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all engineering functions including maintenance, capital projects, utilities, and infrastructure development.

• Develop and execute engineering strategies that support operational performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability goals.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, safety practices, and environmental requirements.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across all technical and plant operations.

• Oversee engineering budgets, risk management, and contract negotiations for key services and equipment.

• Provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, promoting a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• BSc/BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• GCC Factories

• Proven track record in senior engineering leadership roles within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, utilities management, and asset care.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams.
