As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of construction projects—from initial estimates through to the final figures. Our client is known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and they’re looking for someone who shares the same passion for excellence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules

• Monitor project progress and keep detailed records

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors

• Manage contractual claims and procurement processes

• Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction sector

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., CCS, BuildSmart, MS Excel)
