A leading real estate services company is looking for an experienced Borehole Pump Technician / Supervisor with strong hands-on experience in borehole systems, pumps, and field-based maintenance to join their team in Gauteng. The role is field based, operating from a Johannesburg hub, and involves maintaining, repairing, and overseeing borehole pump infrastructure across multiple sites, conducting mechanical and electrical fault finding, supervising borehole-related maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, maintaining accurate service records, and coordinating with property management teams and contractors to ensure reliable system performance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Field maintenance, servicing, and repair of borehole pump systems

• Mechanical and electrical fault finding and troubleshooting

• Supervision of borehole-related maintenance activities across sites

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records

• Coordinate with property management teams and contractors

• Travel to multiple sites across Gauteng as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with borehole pump systems

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience in a field-based maintenance environment

• Supervisory experience advantageous

• Valid driver’s licence (essential)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
