Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a Mine in Limpopo!

Responsibilities:

• Legally appointed 3.1(a) in terms of the MHSA
• Oversee and optimise daily mining operations
• Drive safety, health, and profitability initiatives
• Lead and execute short, medium, and long-term shaft plans
• Achieve production and safety targets through strong leadership
• Maintain high operational standards underground
• Apply proven decline shaft sinking experience
• Utilise project management expertise for efficient execution

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Degree or National Higher Diploma in Metalliferous Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
• 10 years’ hard rock mining experience, with at least 5 years in senior management
• Valid Driver’s License
