Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Engineer TMM to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Drive and monitor approved operational changes, optimize functional processes, and implement cost control systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize business intelligence and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making and contribute to functional and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards while promoting operational excellence through the Operations Effectiveness Model.
• Lead TMM engineering management and related engineering functions, maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Champion people development by identifying training needs, managing performance, and executing workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• GCC Mines and Works
• National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 8 years operational engineering and production experience within a mining environment
• Valid driver’s license
