• 10 years post professional registration experience in relevant fields
• B.Eng or B.Sc (civil engineering), M.Eng or M.Sc. - Ideal 
• B Eng or B.Sc (civil engineering) - Minimum 
• Professional Registration (PrEng) with ECSA required
