A leading FMCG manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative with strong experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management to join their team in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing sales, and ensuring efficient handling of customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products to both existing and new customers
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist walk-in customers
- Monitor and respond to website and customer enquiries
- Accurately complete all sales documentation
- Ensure professional and timely service delivery at all times
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- High level of professionalism
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
