An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Excellence Specialist to join a leading organisation within the healthcare and medical solutions industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing client relationships, resolving queries efficiently, supporting internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

โœ… Grade 12 / Matric
โœ… Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, โœ… Healthcare Administration, or related field advantageous
โœ… Minimum 3โ€“5 yearsโ€™ experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or client support
โœ… Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or related industries will be advantageous
โœ… Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
โœ… Experience working with CRM systems and ERP platforms
โœ… Excellent verbal and written communication skills
โœ… Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
โœ… High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
โœ… Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
โœ… Professional, proactive, and customer-centric approach
