They are currently seeking a highly skilled and relationship-driven Family Wealth Strategist to join their dynamic team in Pretoria. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a world-class family office service offering and to make a lasting impact on multi-generational wealth strategies.


Responsibilities

Strategy Implementation and Management

  • Develop and execute the family office strategy as established by Private Clients.

  • Monitor and adjust implementation processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Develop and maintain processes to streamline service delivery.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all family office needs, ensuring clients receive tailored, professional service.

  • Present and simplify complex financial (including asset allocation) and structuring solutions for effective implementation.

3. Coordination Across Teams

  • Serve as a liaison between Wealth Financial Advisors, structuring firms, and tax specialists.

  • Ensure seamless communication and understanding among all parties involved.

  • Facilitate the integration of client solutions across various disciplines and stakeholders.

4. Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth through exceptional service and value delivery.

  • Leverage relationships and insights to cross-sell relevant services within the Group ecosystem.

5. Structure Visualization and Asset Allocation

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to visualize and conceptualize global wealth structures for clients.

  • Assist in interpreting asset allocation strategies tailored for wealthier families.

  • Ensure that clients’ wealth structures align with their long-term financial goals.


Requirements

Education:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, or similar.

  • CFA or CA designation will be highly advantageous.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services with ultra-high-net-worth client management.

  • Exposure to complex financial structures is beneficial.

Competencies

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to visualize and conceptualize complex financial structures.

  • Strong understanding of asset allocation strategies for wealthier families.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate intricate financial and tax solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.
