The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish within the specified budget and time frame.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing construction projects
• Managing and supervising construction teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines
• Controlling project costs and ensuring adherence to budget
• Enforcing compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting internal and external reports to clients and management
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
