With a solid track record spanning municipal, commercial, and rural development projects, they are now looking for a driven Associate Professional Civil Engineer (Junior Management) to join their design-focused environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design teams on complex civil engineering projects

• Manage scope, project deadlines, change orders, and client satisfaction

• Mentor junior designers and engineers

• Contribute to technical excellence in road, stormwater, and earthworks design

📌 Minimum Requirements:

For Senior Role:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in civil engineering design

• PR Eng / PR Tech (Essential)

• Proven design experience in:

  • ✅ Stormwater systems

  • ✅ Gravel and access roads (municipal roads advantageous)

  • ✅ Bulk earthworks: pads, platforms, parking areas

  • ➕ Water & sewer networks (advantageous)

• Expert proficiency in Civil 3D – including mentoring others
