Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Set a clear vision to transform the company into a scalable, digitally driven enterprise. Prioritize key initiatives such as digitizing customer onboarding, improving margins, driving sales growth, and launching new products.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all operations, drive efficiency, spearhead customer growth and market expansion, optimize customer acquisition costs, and elevate retention rates.
Systems Modernization: Lead the modernization of current systems and enforce disciplined cost management.
Team Leadership: Build high-performing teams and foster a transparent, results-driven culture.
Partnerships & Growth: Forge strategic partnerships and explore regional growth opportunities aligned with the company’s employer-led business model.
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of executive experience in a high-growth business. Experience in industries such as fintech, telco/comms, IT, or outsourcing is highly advantageous but not a requirement.
Strong commercial background with P&L responsibility.
Proven success leading operational scale-up and growing businesses.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
Experience overseeing complex systems or processes.
Experience managing cash flow and cost disciplines.
Experience working with founders, boards, or investors.
