Responsibilities:
Collaborate on content strategy and creation.
Manage daily social media monitoring and community engagement across multiple accounts.
Accurately schedule social media posts according to content calendars.
Engage effectively with social interactions on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest, maintaining brand tone.
Develop content calendars in line with social media best practices.
Utilize social media management platforms (e.g., Sociality, Business Manager).
Develop and implement paid media strategies.
Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Work proficiently with Facebook Business, Ads Manager, and other social management platforms.
Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools for performance analysis.
Execute email marketing campaigns.
Minimum Requirements:
Over three years of relevant experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
An extremely keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
Good understanding of SEO and related software (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, GTMetrics, Google Suite).
Highly driven and motivated to achieve project completion.
Perfect written and spoken English is essential due to our global client base.
Sound communication skills.
Eager to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Previous agency experience is preferred.
Experience working with content creators and influencers is a plus.
