Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Solution Sales Specialist to join their team in Gauteng. The Solution Sales Specialist will leverage technical and sales expertise to drive solutions, identifying new opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.

  • Develop cost estimates, statements of work, proposals, and quotations for pre-sales opportunities.

  • Align with Systems Integration and Infrastructure stakeholders to define sales-opportunity requirements.

  • Provide feedback to senior management on competition, sales initiatives, and market intelligence.

  • Communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Partner with customers to identify functionality requirements that enhance workflow and efficiency.

  • Establish project guidelines and definitions for new initiatives.

  • Educate customers on emerging trends, workflows, and products.

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, including proofs of concepts and new wins.

  • Deliver executive-level presentations and business trend analysis.

  • Prepare bid documents/tenders and manage supplier portal lead generation.

Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of experience handling enterprise clients and delivering cloud solutions

  • Professional knowledge of contact centers and related products

  • Enterprise solution selling expertise

  • High-value presentation skills for enterprise customers

  • Proven sales track record

  • Consultative sales approach

  • Basic IT/Telecoms understanding (platforms, databases, deployment techniques)

  • Handle customer complaints effectively

  • Prepare customer documentation

  • Provide product/service advice to customers

  • Courteous communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
