Develop cost estimates, statements of work, proposals, and quotations for pre-sales opportunities.
Align with Systems Integration and Infrastructure stakeholders to define sales-opportunity requirements.
Provide feedback to senior management on competition, sales initiatives, and market intelligence.
Communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with customers to identify functionality requirements that enhance workflow and efficiency.
Establish project guidelines and definitions for new initiatives.
Educate customers on emerging trends, workflows, and products.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, including proofs of concepts and new wins.
Deliver executive-level presentations and business trend analysis.
Prepare bid documents/tenders and manage supplier portal lead generation.
5+ years of experience handling enterprise clients and delivering cloud solutions
Professional knowledge of contact centers and related products
Enterprise solution selling expertise
High-value presentation skills for enterprise customers
Proven sales track record
Consultative sales approach
Basic IT/Telecoms understanding (platforms, databases, deployment techniques)
Handle customer complaints effectively
Prepare customer documentation
Provide product/service advice to customers
Courteous communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
