Job Description

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in either Johannesburg or Dubai. This is a sales-driven role focused on acquiring new clients and expanding the business portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunter mentality, capable of driving growth and making an immediate impact. The position offers exciting growth potential, including the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand the company’s client base

  • Achieve a monthly revenue target equivalent to three times the cost to company

  • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities

  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations

  • Contribute strategically to the company’s business development initiatives

  • Potentially manage and grow a team as the business expands

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role

  • Proven experience in the logistics or related industries

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Confident, well-presented, and professional demeanor

  • Strong sales mindset with a proactive and aggressive approach to targets

  • Account management experience is an added advantage
