Develop and implement administrative policies and best practices.
Maintain systems and technologies to support information management.
Oversee office facilities, space planning, equipment, and supplies.
Train, coach, and mentor DC Administrators.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives.
Provide excellent service to local and international customers and distributors.
Handle key accounts, resolve complaints and issues promptly.
Identify and mitigate risks in administrative processes.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Develop policies to safeguard assets and confidential information.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
BCom in Logistics, or Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, or Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Relevant qualification from the South African Production and Inventory Control Society.
Minimum of 6+ years in an administrative role.
2โ5 years in a managerial position.
Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Working knowledge and experience in inventory management practices and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong accountability and the courage to hold self and others accountable.
Strategic thinker, relationship builder, and problem solver.
Highly organised, process-driven, and meticulous.
Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure.
Resilient with strong stress management.
High analytical ability and attention to detail.
Proven leadership and team motivation capabilities.
