Hire Resolve’s client, a key player in the financial services industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Advisor Growth & Sales Manager. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic advisor performance management, recruitment, and the integration of advanced technology.

Responsibilities

Value Creation & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute customized Value Creation Plans (VCPs) to enhance the productivity and business value of top-performing financial advisors.

  • Collaborate with advisors to identify growth opportunities through client base expansion and optimized client engagement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, track progress, and provide data-driven feedback to ensure continuous growth.

2. Strategic Advisor Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit high-potential advisors aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.

  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new advisors.

  • Drive early-stage advisor success by establishing clear revenue and performance trajectories.

3. Technology Enablement

  • Champion the use of platforms like Wealth Connect, Marketplace, and digital CRM tools to enhance advisor efficiency and client experience.

  • Monitor usage and effectiveness of platforms; recommend adjustments for optimization.

4. Client Relationship Support

  • Assist advisors in developing personalized client engagement strategies.

  • Utilize digital platforms to deepen client relationships and improve service delivery.

  • Drive retention and loyalty through strategic support initiatives.

5. Advisor Recognition & Incentives

  • Implement performance-based recognition and incentive programs, including profit-sharing and long-term reward models.

  • Foster a high-performance culture through targeted motivation strategies.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, product providers, and external partners.

  • Represent the organization in industry events and networking opportunities.

  • Deliver insights to leadership on market trends, advisor performance, and strategic gaps.


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Postgraduate degree in Management or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation (advantageous).

  • Regulatory Exam 1 (RE1) and Regulatory Exam 5 (RE5) certifications (advantageous).

Experience:

  • 15–20 years in financial services, with significant experience in business development, sales leadership, and advisor growth strategy.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing strategic plans (VCPs) that resulted in measurable revenue increases.

  • Proven experience in recruiting, developing, and managing financial advisors.

Competencies:

  • Strategic and innovative thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in using data to drive decisions and improve advisor outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of advisor business models and value levers.

  • High ethical standards and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Client-centric with a focus on long-term advisor and client success.
