Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy workflows and applications using the AgilePoint platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Translate business processes into scalable, efficient workflow solutions.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AgilePoint solutions.
Ensure AgilePoint best practices and governance standards are followed.
Integrate AgilePoint applications with third-party platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other APIs.
Support user adoption through documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with AgilePoint (at least 2–3 years).
Solid understanding of workflow design, BPM (Business Process Management), and automation concepts.
Proficiency in integrating AgilePoint with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
