Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to contribute to high-impact decision-making processes and help drive business performance through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics

• Perform trend analysis and create visualizations to support business strategy

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using data

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Experience with Python or R is an advantage
